Our socks are engineered for excellence. Our raw materials are the best in the world, and we work hard to ensure that every stitch is perfect, but even the best materials have a lifespan and will eventually degrade.  

What does Lifetime Guarantee mean?

Under the Thorlo Lifetime Guarantee, in the case of a manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement or in select cases, store credit. Replacements will be for same style and size if available, otherwise a Thorlo associate will replace it for another similar product.

Materials and fibers do have a lifespan, which is why products that have experienced wear and tear from normal use will not be considered as eligible for this guarantee.

A copy of your receipt or order confirmation, as well as photos of product(s) showing the defect, are needed to qualify for the Thorlo Lifetime Guarantee.

This Thorlo Lifetime Guarantee covers Thorlo products sold only through authorized resellers (online and retailers) or purchased through thorlo.co.nz

Thorlo does not offer repairs. All other product categories are not eligible for this warranty.

What is not covered by the warranty policy?

The Thorlo Lifetime Guarantee does not cover anything other than a defect in material or workmanship. Requests due to normal wear and tear will not be covered under this guarantee.

No product made from textile fibers is indestructible, therefore Thorlo does not have a durability warranty.

Misuse, neglect, theft or damage caused by accidents or natural disasters will not be covered under this guarantee.

How to claim item(s) that qualify under the Thorlo Lifetime Guarantee?

For Thorlo products purchased online via our Thorlo.co.nz web store you can start a warranty claim by filling out the form below.

If you purchased Thorlo socks from an Authorised Thorlo NZ Stockist, you can return your socks to the original store of purchase and a warranty claim can be initiated on your behalf.

The warranty expressed here is specific to the online store at Thorlo.co.nz and Authorised Thorlo NZ Stockists only. You will be asked to provide Proof of Purchase.

Socks must be washed before sending them back.
