Shipping
We aim to deliver orders within 5 to 8 business days (based on your location) from the time that they are ordered. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.
Orders are processed before 12:00 pm daily. Orders made after this time will be shipped the following day.
- Estimated delivery for Auckland & North Island: 1 to 4 Business Days
- Estimated delivery for South Island: 2 to 5 Business Days
To receive your order before Christmas, please place your order by Thursday 15th December.
Orders must be signed for.
Shipping Charges
- Orders under $50 are $5.50
- Orders over $50 are FREE! You're welcome :)
Where We Don't Ship
We only ship our products within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. Our carrier is unable to deliver the products if the delivery address is a PO Box or Parcel Locker. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. If no one is present when the products are delivered, the Company’s delivery agent may take the products to a local delivery depot and you will need to collect the products from there.
Our carrier is also unable to deliver to the following locations: airports, hospitals and prisons. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to deliver products to any locations that represent an obvious hazard to the safety of the carrier or to the protection of the products.
